Definition

Soy Peptone A4X is a new enzymatic hydrolysate of soy flour, co-processed with a special yeast extract enriched in vitamins. It has been manufactured with an additional purification treatment in order to lower the polyphenol content (naturally present in soy beans).

Description

Fine beige powder easily soluble in water.
Contains a mix of peptides and free amino acids.
Guaranteed "non GMO" according to the European Regulations 1829/2003 and 1830/2003
Soy Peptone A4X is manufactured with raw materials from vegetal origin only.

Use

Source of organic nitrogen recommended in media for:
