APP2a is a papainic soy peptone obtained by hydrolyzing the soy flour with plant enzymes.

Fine beige powder easily soluble in water.
Contains a mix of peptides and free amino acids.

Soy Peptone APP2a is manufactured with raw materials from vegetal origin only.

Use

Source of organic nitrogen recommended in media for:
- Dehydrated culture media
