Definition

Wheat PM 22 is an animal-component free peptone developed from partially hydrolyzed gluten. The enzymatic cocktail used in the hydrolysis process is a microbial one. It is designed for fermentation applications.

Fine yellow-beige powder easily soluble in water.
Contains a mix of peptides and free amino acids.
Wheat Peptone PM 22 is manufactured with raw materials from vegetal origin only.

Source of organic nitrogen recommended in media for:
