C-CELL S104 is an ultra-filtered soy protein hydrolysate manufactured by a controlled enzymatic hydrolysis of soybean meals enriched in yeast extract with a low polyphenol content.
Description
C-CELL S104 is a fine beige powder easily soluble in water, containing a mix of peptides and free amino acids.
C-CELL S104 is manufactured with raw materials from vegetal origin only and is guaranteed “non GMO” according to the European Regulations 1829/2003 and 1830/2003.
