Yeast Extract BG is a bacteriological grade primary grown Yeast Extract of the genus Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

Description

Pale-yellow powder soluble in water.
Yeast Extract BG is micro filtered, it is highly soluble and easily filterable on 0,2 μm membrane.
Yeast Extract BG contains a high level of protein in readily and easily absorbable pre-digested forms such as peptides and amino acids.
It also contains nucleic acids, vitamins, minerals and other growth factors.

Use

Source of organic nitrogen, which can be used:
– in media for industrial fermentation,
– in in vitro diagnostic,
– in food, health and supplements industries.

The certificate of analysis is supplied with each delivery.

Packing and storage

20 kg net corrugated board box with inner polyethylene bags.
Upon request: 5 kg plastic drum / 1 kg plastic bottle
Keep in original packaging closed when not in use, at room temperature in a dry area.
