Yeast Extract SY8 is a high quality Yeast Extract obtained from primary grown baker’s yeast.
It is ultrafiltered and therefore the endotoxin content is very low (typical data : <10 EU/g).

Description

Yellowish to yellow powder.
Yeast Extract SY8 contains a mix of peptides, free amino acids, purine, pyrimidine bases and hydrosoluble vitamins of B group.

Use

Source of organic nitrogen and growth factors recommended in media for Analytical microbiology and Industrial fermentation, including high value fermentations such as Vaccines, Pharmaceutical recombinant proteins, Interferon, etc.

Documentation

The certificate of analysis and the sanitary certificate are supplied with each delivery.

Packing and storage

25 kg net corrugated board box with inner polyethylene bags.
Other packagings upon request.
Hygroscopic product.
Keep in original packaging closed when not in use at room temperature in a dry area.
