Yeast Extract YB is a water soluble Yeast Extract made from the genus Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
Yeast Extract YB is rich in nucleotides and contains a high level of protein in readily and easily absorbable pre-digested forms such as peptides and amino acids.

Light brown powder soluble in water.

Use

Yeast Extract YB is used in many types of fermentations including lactic acid bacteria fermentations and pharmaceutical fermentations.
Source of organic nitrogen and growth factors recommended in media for Industrial fermentation.

25 kg net corrugated board box with inner polyethylene bags.
Other packagings upon request.
Hygroscopic product.
Keep in original packaging closed when not in use at room temperature in a dry area.
